Rita Goulet’s path to NASCAR is defined by grit. Raised in poverty and homeless at sixteen, she fought her way forward through sheer determination—putting herself through EMT, paramedic, and police training and proving that service and resilience aren’t just words; they’re her way of life.

Her love of speed began with a beat-up Mazda Miata she had to teach herself to drive. From parking-lot autocross to road-racing wins, Rita kept climbing—eventually selling her Miata to buy a retired stock car and breaking into the ARCA Menards Series. Since 2022, she’s competed across ARCA East and National events, showing that persistence can rival privilege.

Rita’s background in public safety also shapes the way she approaches racing: calm under pressure, highly disciplined, and relentlessly focused on preparation. She’s known for doing the work when nobody’s watching—studying, training, and building the fundamentals that create consistent performance. That mindset carries into every part of the program, from team organization to how partners and fans are treated.

After three years of co-owning Rise Motorsports, Rita is now focused on building her own team—one rooted in the values she holds dearly: integrity, discipline, and honesty. She’s looking forward not only to driving for her team, but to delivering for partners exactly what she promises: clear communication, real accountability, and a brand they’ll be proud to stand beside.

Brian Weber brings a rare blend of real racing history and executive-level business leadership to Integrity Autosports. He began his NASCAR career competing in the original NASCAR BUSCH North Series 1987-1989 then in 1988 as an owner/driver made his first start in the Busch Series at just 22 years old—building firsthand knowledge of what it takes to compete, manage a team, and perform under pressure.
 

After relocating to North Carolina in 1989,  Brian shifted gears to focus on building a nationwide General Contracting business focusing on retail stores and commercial projects.
 

After years behind the desk, Brian decided it was time to get back behind the wheel in 2001 in a one-off-off-BUSCSH Series event at Watkins Glen for Jay Robinson Racing.
 

That lit the fire burning inside and in 2002-2003 Weber would start his own BUSCH Series team entering 27 events and driving in most!
 

Going back head first into his business world Brian focused on managing the contracting business, operating multiple hotels in New Orleans, developing the world’s second Relax beverage KOMA Unwind, running a publicly traded company as well as part time racing in regional Late Model events.
 

Once again in 2010, Brian co-owned a NASCAR Truck Series team with Daisy Ramirez in a full time effort to build the KOMA Unwind Brand. The start up team had notable finishes of 10th (J J Yeley) & 14th (Carlos Contreras) at Daytona and 11th at Dover with driver Carl Long
 

Today, he competes full-time in the Carolina Crate Modified Series, staying sharp and actively involved in the sport at the grassroots level.
 

Brian brings structure, accountability, and high-level decision-making to the organization. He also has extensive experience as a product developer with comprehensive marketing knowledge—skills that directly support sponsor value, brand execution, and long-term growth.
